Please consider using Yoga Vida for your next event.

Ongoing outside classes: $50 per hour:

This charge applies for using either studio on an ongoing basis for small group private yoga lessons, outside dance classes, lectures, or similar ongoing small group events.  

One-time workshops and special events: $250   

We charge a $250 flat fee due on the day of the event. 

The event must be scheduled during a window of time that does not interfere with our regular class schedule. If the facility is to be used for a large group event, reception or party, an additional $80 cleaning fee may apply.

Charges for filming and photography are determined on a case-by-case basis.

What Yoga Vida will provide:

After event organizers create their promotional materials for public events and provide us copies, we will post your flyers in our studios, include announcements in our email newsletters, and post notice of your event on our facebook page.

What Yoga Vida will NOT provide:

While we will distribute flyers and publicize your event if it is open to the public, we will not create promotional materials. We will not accept any payments through the yoga Vida credit card system and we will not use our website or software to receive payments for the workshop organizers.  Event organizers are independent contractors and must be paid directly by the event participants.
