New Fundamentals Class
Would you like to learn more about how to keep your yoga practice safe, sustainable, and ideally suited to your own body?  Could your  vinyasa flow benefit from greater attention to detail and alignment?  If so, please come to the new Fundamentals class at Yoga Vida, taught by Karuna, and enjoy setting the foundation that will allow and support true strengthening, opening, integration and ultimately the transformation that yoga offers.  Class instruction will be tailored to the needs of the students in attendance.
